Your email address, your credit balance and transaction history, a usage log (which connector and tool was called, when, and what it cost), and a hash of your connection key. Platform credentials you enter on a connector's connect page are stored encrypted with a key that only the OAuth token issued to your assistant can unwrap.
The data returned by the platforms (rides, drivers, amounts, personal data of drivers or riders) passes from the platform to your assistant and is not retained by OpenJack: the hosted connectors run with logging disabled, keep no cache and write nothing to storage beyond the encrypted credentials described above.
Card details are collected and processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We keep the Stripe customer and session identifiers needed to credit your account and issue invoices, never card numbers.
We send transactional email only: sign-in links and receipts. No marketing.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and revoke connector access at any time. Contact: support@openjack.dev.
