Ask Claude about your orders, stock, payouts and customer messages on Worten, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and every other Mirakl marketplace.
Connects Claude to your seller account on any marketplace powered by Mirakl (Worten, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Conforama, Maisons du Monde and many more) in read-only mode. List and filter orders and open one with its lines, commissions and refunds; browse your offers, find low stock and compare your price with other sellers by SKU or EAN; follow returns; read the marketplace's invoices, transaction lines and payouts; read customer and operator messages; and get a sales summary for any period with revenue, commission, refunds, net and top SKUs. Customer names, e-mails, phones and addresses are masked (only city and country are shown). Nothing is ever accepted, shipped, refunded, priced or replied to.

How to connect

Any marketplace that runs on Mirakl and gives sellers an API key, such as Worten, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin (ADEO), Decathlon, Conforama, Maisons du Monde and many more. Each marketplace has its own Mirakl address: use the one you see in the browser when you log in to the seller back office. Connect each marketplace separately.
In the seller back office click your user name (top right) → My user settings → API Key, and generate or copy the key. Generating a new key invalidates the previous one, so other tools that use it will need the new key too. Treat it like a password.
No. Every tool is read-only. The connector never accepts or refuses orders, ships, refunds, changes offers, prices or stock, or sends messages.
Customer names, e-mails, phone numbers and street addresses are removed before anything reaches Claude; only the delivery city and country are kept. E-mail addresses and phone numbers written inside messages are hidden too. Nothing is stored or logged.
Only orders the shop accepted (from WAITING_DEBIT to CLOSED) count as sales; refused, canceled and orders still waiting for acceptance are shown per state but not in revenue. Refunds and the commission returned on them are subtracted to give the net. Amounts include or exclude taxes according to the marketplace setting, or as you ask.
Mirakl returns at most 100 items per page and each marketplace sets hourly rate limits per API (the transaction lines API allows at most 60 calls per hour; the competitor price lookup about 5 per minute). The sales summary reads up to 3 000 orders and the low-stock scan up to 2 000 offers per call, and they say so when a result is truncated.
