Parcel Tracking

Ask Claude where your parcels are: DHL, UPS, GLS and PostNL in one connector, up to 20 at a time.

Tracks shipments through each carrier's official tracking API: DHL (Express, Parcel DE/NL, eCommerce, Deutsche Post), UPS, GLS and PostNL. For one parcel you get the current status, the full event timeline, the expected delivery window, service and route, and proof-of-delivery facts; for up to 20 parcels a status table with mixed carriers. The carrier is recognised from the number format when that is reliable. You connect only the carriers you use, with your own free or business API keys. Recipient names, street addresses and signatures are never shown: signers appear as initials and places as city and country. CTT, DPD, Correos and SEUR are not available because they publish no usable official tracking API. Read-only.

Requirements

FAQ

Which carriers are supported?

DHL (Express, Parcel Germany and Netherlands, eCommerce, Freight and Deutsche Post items through the DHL Unified Tracking API), UPS, GLS and PostNL. You only need credentials for the carriers you use; leave the others empty.

Why not CTT, DPD, Correos or SEUR?

CTT and Correos publish no official tracking API for third parties, DPD has no unified API (each country runs its own contract-only service) and SEUR delivers tracking to customers as SFTP files. The connector only uses official APIs and never scrapes carrier websites, so these are left out. It still recognises their number formats and tells you which carrier a number belongs to.

Where do I get the keys?

DHL: free account at developer.dhl.com, create an app with Shipment Tracking – Unified, copy the API key. UPS: developer.ups.com, create an app linked to your UPS account with the Tracking API, copy the client ID and secret. GLS: Track & Trace API username and password from the GLS developer portal or your GLS contact. PostNL: API key from your PostNL business account.

What personal data do I see?

None of the recipient's details. Names of people who signed are reduced to initials, places to city and country, and signature images and POD documents are never fetched. You see status, events, dates, cities, service and whether the parcel was signed for.

Are there limits?

They come from the carriers. A default DHL key allows 250 calls a day and one call every 5 seconds (ask DHL for more), so a batch with several DHL numbers may mark some rows as rate-limited; GLS answers up to 10 numbers per request; UPS and PostNL apply per-key rate limits. Nothing is cached: every question is a fresh lookup.

Can Claude change a delivery?

No. Every tool is read-only: no rerouting, no new shipments, no labels.
