The metadata and texts come from the Publications Office of the European Union's Cellar repository, the same source that powers EUR-Lex. Only the Official Journal text is legally authentic; consolidated texts are for information.
No. Searches match the document titles (which for judgments include the parties and the subject keywords). Once you have a CELEX number, the full text is available through eurlex_get_document.
All 24 official EU languages, when the Publications Office holds the document in that language. Older documents sometimes exist only as PDF and cannot be returned as text.
Yes: judgments, orders and Advocate General opinions of the Court of Justice, the General Court and the former Civil Service Tribunal, as published in Cellar (CELEX sector 6), with ECLI identifiers.
