Ask Claude what you invoiced, who still owes you and what is overdue, straight from InvoiceXpress.
Connects Claude to an InvoiceXpress account in read-only mode. List and filter invoices, invoice-receipts, simplified invoices, credit and debit notes by type, status, date, amount or text; open one document with its line items and taxes; get receivables per client with what is already overdue; and total sales by month and by client over any period. Clients and catalogue items are available too. Nothing is ever issued, edited, emailed or deleted.

How to connect
FAQ
No. Every tool is read-only. The connector never creates, edits, finalises, emails or cancels documents.
In InvoiceXpress open Account → API Key (Conta → Chave API). The same page shows your account name. The key gives read access to all documents in the account, so treat it like a password; you can regenerate it there at any time.
Documents in status final or sent (issued, not settled). Overdue means the due date is before today in your timezone. Drafts, canceled documents and settled ones are excluded.
They are subtracted, so the totals reflect net invoicing. Drafts and canceled documents are never counted.
InvoiceXpress allows 780 API requests per minute per account and returns at most 30 documents per page. Summaries walk the pages for you, up to 3 000 documents per call; narrow the period if a summary reports it was truncated.
