The data comes straight from INE's public API, the official source. The connector is an independent client and does not change or estimate any value.
Yes, any of INE's roughly 13,000 indicators can be queried by its 7-digit code. Keyword search covers the curated list and INE's Main Indicators catalogue (about 330 headline series), because INE offers no keyword search over the full database.
No. INE does not publish weekly fuel prices; those come from DGEG. Fuel and energy show up in INE's consumer price index categories.
They are INE's conventional signs, for example § marks an estimate with low reliability. The connector shows the sign and its meaning with the value.
